The Pit Boss Smoker / Grill by The Good One

The Pit Boss Smoker / Grill by The Good One Review

The Pit Boss™ Smoker / Grill by The Good One™ Compete with the big boys with this smoker/grill on a trailer by The Good-One™. This unit was designed by barbecue cookoff champions — folks who know what a winning smoker/grill needs. The Good-One™ smokers are extremely easy to use and engineered to cook for five or more hours on one load of lump charcoal. Their design promotes a long, slow, lateral cook that gives you even heating without hot zones. And while they're designed to be left alone for hours, opening the lid is no problem for The Good-One smokers. These units get their heat back rapidly, typically within three to four minutes. The Rodeo™ features a whopping 3,895 square inches of cooking area, enough to accommodate large quantities of food, making it ideal for catering, commercial barbecue operations, or competitions. Smoker and Grill in One The Rodeo™ smoker features four heavy-duty slide-out racks, giving you enough room for a full hind quarter of beef, a half hog, loads of chicken legs and wings, or more than two dozen slabs of ribs at once. Easy to use: just open it up, fill it with charcoal, and light up your starter blocks. Once the coals are glowing, add flavored wood and your choice of meats, close the intake and exhaust airflow spinners to 1/8", set the damper at 11 o'clock to get the optimum smoke temperature of 250-275°F, then step back and let The Rodeo™ do its work. No need to rotate meats with any of The Good-One™ smokers. Even with the grill's large cooking surface, you'll have complete control over its heat using the unique airflow system. Quality Components The Rodeo™ is constructed of a 9-gauge steel body and 11-gauge steel lid. It has removable grates and a removable ash pan you pull out and empty into a safe container. The Rodeo also has a convenient built-in drain that makes it super easy to spray out with water.
